Founder and Managing Director
I founded TM UK Investments Ltd (TUIL) in 2019. We started the business with 0 investment properties and currently hold over 25 properties (as of September 2022) although that figure is much more if we include properties that have been sold. Prior to this I held several senior roles in Blue chip companies managing vast businesses turning over £30 - £50+ million per year. Prior to forming TUIL, I was working for a building company at a senior level which is renowned in the UK, I worked for them for over 3 years.
Before TUIL was formed I saw a gap in the market where people wanted to invest similar to myself but did not have the capital required to invest in and around London due to the high property prices. Extensive research was carried out and we found that in the North of England it was more than possible to invest with modest amount of money but furthermore the return on investment (ROI) was much better, in fact you would not get the same returns in the south! Once we came to the conclusion that not only can we invest but we can help others invest with modest capital, TUIL was formed. Fast forward to now (September 2022) and we are holding over 25 properties, we have invested over £2 million pounds and worked with over 15 investors bringing in access of 15% ROI on average per year for medium term investments for them.
The company has grown strength to strength every year and we have a successful business model. The key with TUIL is that we tailor investments to the individual investor based on their needs and their investment strategy which we develop with them. Finally we have a great in house team of builders and trades people who are continually delivering great workmanship and we work with a third party managing agent TVG lettings who are part of the Venmore group one of the biggest agency in the North West, they manage all our properties and we are one of their single biggest clients.
